Tastes nice and much easier than 4 big tablets

I really like the yoppie myo-inositol poly complete support powder. A lot of other PCOS supplements are tablets, but this powder is much easier to use than taking the big tablets and has lots of useful extra vitamins in. It tastes good, though you do need to either keep mixing it while drinking it or mix it with a blender. I like that I can get my whole day’s portion in one go rather than remembering to take four huge tablets.
