2. Place the lightweight cup(s) in your bra for a snug, comfortable fit.
3. Adjust settings remotely using the Pump with Elvie app or the on-device controls.
4. Clean all parts thoroughly after use, either by hand or in the dishwasher.

1. Measure Your Nipples
   a. Measure the base of your nipple when relaxed (avoid measuring right after pumping or feeding).
2. Match Your Size 
   a. 11–12 mm: 15 mm Cushion + 24 mm Shield
   b. 13–15 mm: 17 mm Cushion + 24 mm Shield
   c. 15–17 mm: 19 mm Cushion + 24 mm Shield
   d. 17–19 mm: 21 mm Shield
   e. 20–22 mm: 24 mm Shield
3. Check the Fit
   a. Place the shield over your nipple. If it feels too big, try a smaller size or a Nipple Cushion.
4. Reassess Often
   a. Nipples change size postpartum, so check your fit regularly.
