Have taken for a couple of months now, big noticeable difference with my second month of using pre cycle. No sore tender breasts, moods were not as extreme, was not as tired. For someone who has suffered from extreme pms, these are a welcomed benefit. By all means they are not a miracle cure but they definately help and I'm looking forward to continue taking them to build a higher level of the vitamins for a prolonged time to hopefully see more benefits as time goes on

This really worked on my pms mood swings. I would usually have 4-10 days of really low mood and in the first month of taking this I had one day where I was a bit irritated but that was it!
The brain fog went away with taking these and I feel like I can cope much better with whatever comes my way.
