Wash and care

To care for your Drowsy silk products, we recommend the following practice:

Always use a pH-neutral liquid detergent or one specifically labelled for silk. Avoid acidic or alkaline solutions as they can harden the silk.

For maximum longevity, hand washing is recommended.

If machine washing, ensure that the water temperature is below 30°C to prevent dramatic changes in the silk. Cold water or one step above cold is safest. Consider using a delicates bag to prevent wear and tear of your pillowcase in your washing machine.

When drying, avoid exposing the silk to sunlight after washing. Lay it flat in a well-ventilated area to dry naturally. UV light can cause fading and ageing of silk.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Drowsy products, we may accept returns within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.
