1. As you begin to wind down, about fifteen minutes before turning in, we recommend turning off all screens, including your phone. 
2. During this time, remove two sleeping patches from their plastic backings, and apply each individual patch to your temples. 
3. Once applied, massage each patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs and oils.
4. Settle in for bed, and enjoy a more peaceful night’s sleep. 
5. These patches can be worn throughout the night.
