Great for practising mindfulness

I love this journal - it has encouraged routine with my daily mindfulness practise, and the prompts are really thought provoking. Great gift to yourself or someone else

Focus and clarity

I've been feeling quite forgetful and stressed lately. I've never been able to journal consistently (and still occasionally miss a day here or there) but the ritual of it has been helping me unwind and provide some focus to structure my thoughts and feelings.

I've never really been great at consistent journaling but someone gifted me Mind Notes and I've loved it! Really beautiful, understated design and the prompts are great for digging deep and really getting to know yourself. love taking some time to journal every night – it really calms me down & gives me focus every week, especially when I'm feeling overwhelmed
