How to use

Charge your Aura hub for 40 minutes before use. Once charged, attach the gel pads to the Aura device using the metal poppers.
Place your Aura onto clean, dry skin in the area that feels most comfortable for your pain. Don't throw away the protective plastic film when you remove it from the sticky gel pads, you'll need it later!
If you're experiencing cramps, we'd recommend placing the device on your lower belly.
Turn on and choose between 20 intensity levels across 6 different modes: Tapping, Acupuncture, Cupping, Tai-Chi, Kneading and Gua Sha.
When you're done using your Aura, place the plastic protective film back over the sticky gel pads and store your Aura in its case until you next need it.

SHOCKINGLY SILENT

When i first charged up this device i honestly thought it was broken, because until i put it on i couldnt feel the TENS and you CANNOT hear a damn thing, it truly is.... silent! Literally mind blowing.

Easy to use

Super easy to use. Portable. Really helpful not having cords everywhere. Would like some more program patterns though.

Great TENS machine

My sister gave me this for my birthday and it's come in so useful!

Love that it doesn't have all the dangly wires like my old ones do. The sticky pad adheres very well as I move about. The machine has multiple settings and intensity levels, which is great because I have a pretty high pain tolerance so the intensity range is pretty important for me when the cramps get bad.

I also used this as part of my recovery process to help stimulate blood flow and reduce pain/soreness/tightness when I sprained my ankle recently. Again, the different modes and intensity options were perfect. I was also really surprised that it was sticky enough to stay on given how much movement I was putting my ankle through as I was exercising it. Still haven't had to replace the pads after a couple months.

10/10 would recommend and what a useful gift to receive!

Shocked, but it really works

Didn't expect this to be as good for period pain as it is! You feel the effects instantly and I've really felt it make a big difference for my cramps. I especially liked using it at night because sometimes I struggle to sleep when my cramps are really bad. So happy I've discovered this, and didn't know I could find a tens machine so affordable until I saw this one on Unfabled!
