Keeping light out of sight, this pillow relieves tension meaning it is the perfect remedy for relaxing and resting from eye strain.

How to use

Can be used to rest on your eyes as a cold compress or used warmed. If preferred warm, place in microwave for 10 second increments. To use as a cold compress, place in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.

great for tired eyes

I am really enjoying this pillow! It works so well to relaxed my eyes after long day office work. I also use it regularly instead of sleep mask - the lavender scent calm my senses and helps me to fall sleep faster.
