Description

fluxies' new Body Hot Water Bottle is made of 100% natural rubber and comes with a tie for you to easily wrap around your tummy or back to get rid of cramps and pains. Covered in plush faux-fur to keep you comfy when you need it most, this extra long hot water bottle can be strapped across your torso and hidden under your coat for chilly walks and it even has pockets! Can be used hot or cold, to provide cooling relief for hot flushes.

How to use

Hot Therapy

Fill the hot water bottle to 1/2 to 2/3 capacity, with water that is hot but not boiling.
Gently squeeze out any excess air and secure the stopper.
Wrap the hot water bottle around the desired area, securing it with the ties.

Cold Therapy

Fill the hot water bottle halfway with cold water.
Gently squeeze out any excess air and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours.
Apply the cold water bottle to the desired area, securing it with the ties.

Always empty the hot water bottle after use, and store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

I didn't buy it for this but...

I bought this a few months ago for period cramps. But I didn't get a chance to use it before I got pregnant. 9 weeks later, the pregnancy ended in miscarriage- and this hot water bottle came into its own! It was glued to me for 5 days straight, including during 3 hospital visits. It provided relief while I was bent double in pain. This probably wasn't what you designed it for, but I was so grateful for it during an awful time. Thank you!

Love my hot water bottle

I bought 2 one for me and one for my daughter. I use mine for my lower back. It is brilliant. I can walk around with it on Esther than before having to sit with a hot bottle behind me which is not practical when you’re busy!
My daughter will use for Period pains but has her to try it.
Love the fabric and the storage bag is great so I can hang it up.
