How to use

Sterilise: Clean with a cleanser or boil for 3 minutes.
Fold: Use a shallow punchdown fold, keeping the punch above the "hello" lettering.
Hold Fold: Place a finger on each side to keep it in place.
Insert: Angle the tip along the back wall of your vagina and slide it in. Let it unfold when your fingers reach the entrance.
Adjust: Use the toggle to push the cup into place, angled toward your spine.
Rinse After Use: Clean your cup after each use.
