With each bag yielding at least two cups, we recommend drinking one cup of The Final Push a day from 32 weeks, gradually increasing this amount up to three cups a day until your baby arrives. There are a few occasions where drinking raspberry leaf tea is not recommended during pregnancy, so we always advise that you should check with your healthcare provider or midwife if you have concerns. 

The Final Push can be enjoyed as a hot brew or as iced tea, depending on your preference for that day. 

For a hot brew, boil your kettle and then allow water to sit for five minutes to cool slightly, as these tea leaves brew best in 80-degree water. If you’re making tea for one, place a singular tea bag in a 300ml cup. Pour the 80 degree water over it. Brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste and strength preferences. Remove tea bag from cup, and keep in a small dish (or egg cup!) by your kettle if you'd like to use it again. To re-brew your tea bag for a second cup, just leave it in the cup for a little longer. 

For iced tea, use 1 tea bag per 300ml of water. Place tea bag into a glass or jug, adding freshly boiled water. With the tea bag still in place, move your glass or jug into a fridge to cool. Once cooled, enjoy! If you want to take your iced tea to the next level, add fruit and ice to the final product. 

We don’t recommend adding milk or sugar to this brew, but always follow your own personal cravings.
