1. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm.
2. Press start – the monitor will take your reading as the cuff inflates.
3. View your result on the screen and sync it via Bluetooth if needed.
4. Always consult a medical professional for interpretation of results.

Caution: This device is not suitable for people with implanted electronic devices, those under 16, or individuals with pre-eclampsia, premature ventricular beats, atrial fibrillation, peripheral arterial disease, or those undergoing intravascular therapy or with arterio-venous shunt. Do not use it if you've had a mastectomy. Always consult your doctor before use if unsure.
