In the microwave: Rinse your cup and place it rim down in the pot with 50ml of water. Microwave for 3 minutes at 750-900 watts with the lid loosely on top. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then remove using oven gloves and allow to cool.
With sterilising solution: Wash your cup with unscented soap and water. Fill the pot with sterilising solution as per the manufacturer’s instructions, immerse the cup, and soak for the recommended time. Rinse both the cup and pot, then dry thoroughly before folding and storing.
Shake & go: Half-fill the pot with water, place your cup inside, and secure the lid. Shake gently, remove the cup, and reinsert. Empty the water, dry the pot, and go. Once home, clean and dry the pot thoroughly before storing.
