Don't Be Fooled Into Believing This Doesn't Apply To You Yet

Despite being a young woman, I always wondered why peri/menopause wasn’t something we were all educated about, given that it’s something that a good 50% of us will inevitably experience at some point in our lives. I’m so glad I indulged my curiosity and read Perimenopause Power! I have learned that the information in this book is very much relevant to my life even now. I found it to be a highly insightful read and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
