1. Remove an individual calm patch from its backing paper.
2. Apply the patch to areas which seek relief. We recommend applying patches behind the ears or to your temples. For headaches specifically, Ross J. Barr recommends applying the calm patch to the space between your big toe and second toe, on the top of the foot. 
3. Once applied, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs and oils, and enjoy!
4. Each patch can be worn for up to 12 hours, with the effects becoming less potent after this window.

This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and nose. Do not use patches on broken or damaged skin. Calm patches are not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
