Testing Kit
- Gently place the tip of the pH test swab against the side of your vagina, then remove it.
- Observe the colour change on the small indicator tip.
- Match the colour of the swab to the colour chart provided to determine your vaginal pH number.

Note: This test indicates whether your vaginal pH levels are normal or elevated. Higher pH levels can suggest BV. If you continue to experience symptoms despite a 'normal' result, it may indicate thrush or another issue. Always consult a GP if you have any concerns.
