This has changed my life. A menstrual disc is the only period product I’ve ever used that has allowed me to forget I have my period throughout the day.
I only take it out to empty twice a day - morning and evening (usually in the shower), and that’s all. There’s no leakage, and you can’t feel it at all when it’s in.

There’s only one thing I would caution for new users. It says you can have sex with these in, and you CAN. However, both times I’ve tried this, I’ve been unable to get the disc out by myself afterwards (even after leaving it a whole night and trying again in the morning). I think it gets pushed higher and the notch rotates out of reach from the movement.
This may be fine for some, but I would highly recommend: a) get used to taking the disc in and out before wearing it during sex for the first time, and b) make sure your partner (or someone else) is around to help you remove it afterwards just in case, otherwise you’re looking at an awkward trip to the emergency department!

Overall though, I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else now!

I got the opportunity through a scheme in work to cover the cost of a variety of reusable period products. I bought a few different discs and cups, and can categorically say this is the best!! No leaks whatsoever, so easy to put in as you just pinch it into a straight line shape, and then forget you're on your period until the evening time when it's time to take out.

The only downside is it is quite difficult to get out. Took me a few goes to get the hang of it, but because I only need to empty at the end of the day I'm in the comfort of my own home and can take my time. You just need to 'push' it out first before trying to grab it with your finger.

Honestly revolutionary.

I was so lucky to get to try multiple different types of cups and discs at no cost to myself, but what I have learned is that each cup and disc is so different from another. Don't write them off after one that doesn't work for you.

This cycle I have used a disc almost exclusively and it is revolutionary. It took a few goes to get it right/used to, but once I was happy it was brill. Easy to insert, easy to remove and even on my heavy days I experienced no leaks- I won't be going back to Tampons. Make a change for the better, especially with the recent research into the nasty materials found in Tampons!

Product works perfectly and much better than another manufacturer I tried before.
