Hey there. Loyal cup and disc user here. I've been eyeing the Saalt disc and period panties for a while and finally invested in a set for myself. I'll never ever look back.

My old disc had a notch in it to allow for easier self emptying, which led to leaks and sometimes disasters. Cups are a no go for me, I find them uncomfortable.

With the Saalt disc I feel secure and confident. Zero leaks! Top it off with the period panties and I'm now anxiety free for all leaks, including overnight.

I've been a cup user for years. I recently bought a disc because I wanted to try it to relieve bladder discomfort caused by my cup. The disc is very comfortable, although a little trickier to insert than my cup. It worked really well for the first day or so of my period, but then my heavy day showed up. I had a huge leak midday and had to change my disc. (I'm so glad I was at home when it happened). I never leak with my cup, so this was surprising to me (since they claim to hold the same amount of blood). It's also MUCH messier to change my disc than my cup. At this point, I'll use my disc for lighter bleed days and stick to my cup for heavy days.
