The Saalt disc is brilliant, it's so comfortable I can't even feel it, for me it was easy to insert and it's stayed there nicely so far. Tonight is the first night wearing it and so far so good! Tried the small disc first (as used small size cups) which was comfortable in but leaked & got a bit lost as I do have a high cervix. Customer service is great - I was able to try the regular disc. This didn’t leak & I could find it okay, but I could feel it was very bunched up inside me & it was very uncomfortable to remove. Had to hook over as the notch just doesn’t help when it feels like there’s suction. I think I need something the width of the small, but length of the regular, rather than a large round disc. Unfortunately tried both a few times but regular size is just too uncomfortable to remove / use regularly.
Seems to work for a lot of people - just not my shape /size. Used cups for years so not a novice there & have gone back to my cup. Missing out on period sex due to BF squeamishnous now!

I used a menstrual cup for 5 years but it always leaked a bit and made a mess when removing. This disc was an absolute game changer!! No leaking problems and so much more comfortable. Is a bit massive, but very easy to insert, and easily holds 12h on heavy days (I even forget I have it on). I cannot recommend it enough!

Took a bit of time getting used to. Had only used disposable discs in the past, and insertion was harder with this. Works super well
