Revolutionary for pain relief

The main way these supplements have helped me is to relieve pain in my hands. I have fibromyalgia and I now have almost no hand pain. My sleep is a lot better, I don’t find it helps me to get to sleep but once I am asleep, next thing I know, I’m awake in the morning. These are the only thing that have helped me after no help from my doctors. Such a relief.

I need 100 percent glycinate for sleep and I didn’t realise these had citrate in which actually energises me . So although these are of great quality / packaging etc in terms of sleep not for me

You’re absolutely right that our Magnesium Superblend isn’t 100% glycinate. Just to clarify though, there’s no citrate in this formula – it’s a blend of magnesium glycinate, malate and taurate, all chosen for their calming and nervous system-supporting properties.

Seems to be effective

I can't give 5*'s because I haven't been taking them for long. But I am already recognising a deeper sleep and stronger wellbeing. Told my daughter about them who seems to see a difference in me. I feel good knowing that they have been formulated for women.
