I've used this for a few months now so I have quite a bit of experience with it. It took a bit of getting used to, but now it's definitely my favourite period product as it doesn't leak if worn correctly. I bought the regular (blue) one originally but felt it was too large, so switched to the small (coral) one, which fits much more comfortably. I did have an issue once where the disc moved around and I couldn't reach the ridge to pull it out, which was stressful, but in the end I managed to remove it. For that reason, I now avoid using the disc towards the end of my period, when my vagina is dryer and the disc can feel harder to remove.

This disc is amazing! No leaks right from the first use. Really easy to use, can leave it in all day and forget about it. I could never use a cup correctly, but this has been great so far. Life changing!

I don't say this lightly but this product is genuinely life changing. I have a heavy flow and would get through a 2 packs of pads each cycle. I work outdoors and hated changing them in portaloos or worse having nowhere to change one for 4+ hours.
The disk is so easy to use, I've not had any leakage and it's much more comfortable to remove than a cup is. I've also found my cramps are easier to manage using this which was an added bonus.

I personally had terrible experiences with menstrual cups in the past, which led me to be quite hesitant before attempting to use a disc. I recently took the plunge and bought the saalt disc (in coastal blue - would recommend!) and WOW. Takes some getting used to but this product is fantastic - holds a lot of blood, easy to empty and insert plus I don't have removal issues like I did with cups! Really comfortable too.

So relieved to have found this. I used to use menstrual cups but after the birth of my daughter I couldn’t get them to work for me. I tried so many. I eventually established that my cervix now sits lower than pre baby and basically the menstrual cups don’t fit. After over a year of getting fed up with period pants I came across the saalt disk! Game changer. It fits. It’s comfortable. It’s easy to insert. I don’t dread my periods anymore! Really recommend for anyone with a lower positioned cervix.
