I’m still allowing these time to work but have been taking them for 10 days or so- I am a very bad sleeper but think these may be helping to wean me off sleeping with ear buds in which I hate.

The style of the bottle is ridiculous and makes my bedside table even more messy- and the tablets are so big I struggle to swallow them.

Time will tell if I keep using them after the initial 60 days!

Bought as had struggled to swallow large 'chalky' magnesium tablets and the more readily available citrate form was upsetting my stomach. So far, so good with these. They're a vegan friendly capsule, so very easy to swallow and don't appear to have any unfortunate side effects! I rely on magnesium to keep restless legs and headaches at bay and am hoping this blend will also ensure uninterrupted sleep
