The magnesium supplements are amazing! I love magnesium and I’ve been taking it for a few years but I’ve only taken Unfabled’s since receiving them. I feel really relaxed about 30 minutes after I’ve taken them and the quality sleep is very very good! Also, I think magnesium for me helps with my joint pain so I shall definitely be using these again.

Definitely have noticed a difference in my sleep (which is the main issue I wanted to solve by taking this magnesium supplement). I think the three magnesium types in one tablet is genius and definitely makes my life easier! Magnesium is something I’ve wanted to try for a long time but felt overwhelmed by the options. Having trust in unfabled from being gifted things from my bf, I had a look to discover the new supplement range.

It definitely has helped me drift off to sleep better and on the days I’m not flaring I will stay asleep. I think alongside a new hormonal pill, this has helped me have a low pain period after coming of the chemical menopause for endometriosis.

I do recommend trying and I love the packaging because as someone who can regularly get carpal tunnel pain it’s easy to flick off the lid with my non dominant hand if I need to.
