I'm a vegetarian so definitely deficient in B12 and found these drops to have helped so much. No bad taste - they feel like they're a lot more effective than my old Boots tablets.

I’m using this B12 and hoping that it helps boost the B12 injections which I have been told are to be at 6 month intervals but having been on B12 injections at 3month intervals for a few decades and having been told that I could be on them for the rest of my life it seems that the NHS wants to cut them out, and the doctor said that if I was bothered I could always boost them with a B12 supplement.
But looking into this I found that taking tablets or capsules that this was likely not too helpful as they mostly just go through the stomach with little help and have just started these B12 liquid drops under the tongue which I am a bit trickier than I thought and as to counting the drops I wasn’t really sure so went for the half mentioned.
It’s early days and I don’t get my annual medical check for some weeks, but it will be interesting to see reports. My last check results seemed okay and it wasn’t commented or suggested that the B12 injections were needing to be reduced!
I apologise for going on about this but I am sure that I am not alone with this issue and would be interested to hear that others may be struggling to understand?
As I understand the B12 Supplements are soluble and one cannot overdose with taking them and I will continue taking them anyway for a while, Hopefully this is something that I can rate as a 5 star at the end, but time will tell.
